Spent the day with Ruth, Shipped off the Grand Prix Horse to its new owners, Moved our 5 year old horse into the now vacated stall. Cleaned up shit, stopped at Total Wine and came home with 2 24 bottle cases of Octoberfest beer. one Samuel Adams the other Shiner . I got a case of NA IPAs then went to Costco and got 2 racks of seasoned ribs. The coals are almost ready

in other news, booked pre-xmas snowshoe trip. trying to find a weekend to go see the parents in maine before then...tricky.

Rode bicycles in the woods. Meant to go out alone. Ended up running into some lost people. Got them back to their cars. Nice folks. People from Syracuse are always so nice.

Drove to the middle of nowhere Illinois to gather a lawnmower with my father in law. But it’s super clean and he is really stoked for his new to him mower

Installed the axs bits on my mountain bikes. That stuff is pretty neat.

I do 4 in a low oven, finish/sauce on a hot grill.
Foil or paper wrapped at any point?

3 hours bare w/ rub
2 hours wrapped in paper or foil with apple juice/vinegar/juice of choice
1 hour bare w/ sauce

That's my go to method at this point.
