It tasted gin-ey to me. Definitely not Hendricks-ey, though. You should try it and see if it's to *your* liking, not ours...So, what makes this gin good is that it does not taste like gin?

Mmm... carbonara... and saltimbocca.We had Italian tonight. Carbonara for me—delicious. Passed up the saltimbocca for it and don’t regret that choice.
