Hi!
Im not sure if this is right subforum, i couldnt find 4x forum.

My question is, best setup for 4X and maximum efficiency for pedaling.
I have Marzocchi Z1 Sport '07, it has rebound and compresion.


Track is very loose (if it doesnt rain), no big drops or kickers, high speed turns. Most important is to pedal...

I'm with stupid. ^

All it needs to do is take the edge off the landings, and keep the front wheel tracking the ground a bit. It's not doing a whole lot, really.

That the goal. But, im asking for advices and tips about fork setup. For loose, is it better soft or hard compresion, and for rebound, fast or slow.
Of course in the end its practice and experience...
