Can you install 06 motion control internals on 05 boxxer world cups? If so what parts do I need?

Yes.

You need the one of the folloing kits:
11.4012.235.000 Boxxer Tm/WC 8" Moco Upgr Kit, XSoft
11.4012.238.000 Boxxer Tm/WC 8" Moco Upgr Kit, Firm
11.4012.236.000 Boxxer Tm/WC 8" Moco Upgr Kit, Soft
11.4012.237.000 Boxxer Tm/WC 8" Moco Upgr Kit, Med

MC Rebound Damper/SealHead/shaft bolt/Adjuster knob, spring preload washer, single spring
Requires use of 2005-2006 Boxxer Lower legs (76mm lower bushing).
