I am switching forks on my bike and need to know what brake set up I will need. I currently have a White Brothers DH2 fork with a Hope #5 caliper and 185 rotor. I am going to run a Foes F1 (same kind of brake mount on fork) instead of the WB. The Foes came with a 205 Hayes rotor that is 4 bolt for their hub. Can I use the Hope #5 with a 205 Hayes rotor? What do you suggest?

A #3 is for a front 185mm rotor, a #5 is for a 165mm. But yes with the correct adaptors you can use the 205mm Hayes rotor.

There is an adapter on the #5 now to let it work with the 185. So I can get a bigger adapter for the #5 so it will work with a 205, cool.

Hope should have a 40mm adaptor to work.
