I've got a 180 TALAS. I'd like to reduce its stiction by lubing the TALAS seals but all I can find is that you need a special needle to work on it and no one seems to rebuild their TALAS carts. Can anyone provide any info on its internal design, rebuild instructions, ect? If you remove the valve core should there be any oil in there or will adding a little get to seals and loosen up the feel?

TALAS III systems do not need an IFP needle. The service guide is on Fox website.

For anyone else out there, if you do have an older Talas cartridge; A pump, a third hand, and a basketball needle that comes with floor pumps, will do for the Talas needle.
