We've got some serious double standards going on here.
There are better ways to spend tons of money than to pay settlements to teachers that you have wrongfully terminated.

Certainly, if they are going to charge that Hoover was engaging in pornography, then Andrews should be in trouble for asking students to pull up the images in class. Also, Andrews' petty criticisms of her colleague should not be classroom fodder.

Actually, the court will have to decide. That's the nature of contracts. When there is a dispute, the court decides. Part of the problem, however, is that the contract is not well written if that is all it says. It does not specifically state what is considered vile, immoral, etc. nor does it state whose guidelines to go on. Good contracts don't invoke subjective clauses like that because they are open to interpretation, and interpretation leads to legal action.Andyman_1970 said:

I think they'll have a tough time convincing a judge that artistic nudity is immoral when they're paying her to teach curriculum which undoubtly contains artwork containing nudity. I tad hypocritical I feel.
