was able to work a late-start day pass to head to the hills tomorrow. meeting buddies part way through their ride at noon for some wilson creek adventures.
I think we had a thread discussing how to calculate hours as miles on a trainer roller, and it was inconclusive. I don’t use a computer, but I probably should.
I keep track by how many Netflix shows I have watched.
Here's a weird one for ya. From December thru March I only rode once a month. So naturally my butt got soft. And usually when that happens all fitness has gone. But not this time with my developing hiker fitness. Strength, cardio, and endurance are about where I would expect top be by early summer. Just can't sit on a saddle for very long. Hmmpff !
