It was really easy to make.
The recipe required no tweaking, except Washington Sweet Onions are about the size of a basketball so I only used a piece of one.
By the time everything gets run through the cuisinart, there are 3x as many dirty dishes as a regular pot of soup.
Bonus - hearty, real stick-to-it-tiveness,no getting hungry 1 1/2 hours later.
