Finally got out there this weekend - it felt great!!!
Saturday I rode North mountain Park from 7th St to 7th Ave, up to the overlook and back across 7th street and into phoenix mountain preserve. Nice warm up for the lungs and legs that I have not used in a couple months!
Today I met up with a friend of a friend. Started in a neighborhood in Ahwatukee, onto Desert classic to Mormon trail to national trail. Lots of fun and not a bad climb at all. Turned around at the first parking lot and back down. Other than my 3 flats (larsen TT are NOT the best tire for that trail), we had a blast of a ride back.
Can't wait to hit up some other trails next weekend!!!
