features some of the best trails the hudson valley has to offer.
this year we have team categories, male,female and co-ed

is there a checkpoint/water stop anywhere on course ?

there are 3 water stop/checkpoints on the course. these will have water, redbull, cliff bars, triflow, rags and be manned by at least one race oficial with a 2-way and or cell phone.
there are also 24 hidden "premes" out on the course. they are red numbered indcex cards. you can present them at the awards ceremony to claim your prize. these include cash and merchandise.
