Seems to be fine. Hard to say without a fork that fits right though. Seems smooth, though I had to wipe some grit off teh bearings.

yeah there were tossed around the bottom of my box for a while. That and they were nasty when I took them off. It's nice having sealed bearing on my new headset.

If you are collecting them when you take them away, you only need 49,998 before you can trade them in on a set of balls for yourself.

FWIW... I emailed IH about the new links - they claim the bike has 4.5" and 3" of travel, depending on which mounting holes you use.

You should get 3.75" using the upper holes, or 4.5" using the lower holes.

It's looking good!
