When I was a night Manager at Pizza My Heart in Capitola , proudly serving obnoxious drunks slices of pizza. I had a great staff. My mode of operation was that the customer is always wrong until proven right. Drunk assholes were asked to leave once, if they didn't a local foot patrol cop would escort them to a waiting black and white van unless they started a fight in the shop first. Then we beat the crap out of them.
