Anne Galyean was one spot off the Podium for Pro Women with a 6th and Will O'Brien took 4th in Jr. X Slalom. Southeast still puttin' up good results at the top races! I don't know why they would ever hold the Championships in the SE? Who ever heard of any fast racers from there?

Thanks Doug, it was a good run for sure. Everybody from the south was going fast up there. Jay was unreal fast and Danny was killing it. Craig was going fast and smooth as usual. Sean was looking good all weekend but had a crash early in his race run that broke his front brake but he still finished the run with only a back brake, which took some guts. Overall a great weekend for the local riders.

They had parts of the race course closed last month. The upper rock garden was the roughest/narliest section I have ever seen:eek: I think they close it because its at a level beyond most riders???. Who ever these guys are that rode that course in the race :thumb: they have MAD-MAD skills. I would be skeered to drive a tank thru there:shocked:

Ironically, that section is best ridden at race pace. Riding it slow sucks!:(
