The Verve...I miss this band

Check out his two recent solo albums (Richard Ashcroft). It's as good or better than the Verve stuff.
was never a verve fan...maybe it was the heroin-hollowed look he perfected.
Was chilling out to The Drugs Don't Work earlier... Good stuff
I only know the one hit song they had in the 90's. I did lose a lot of respect for the Rolling Stones and their lawsuit against the band - its not like the Stones didn't rip of quite a few blues musicians without paying royalties or whatever it is they musicians pay. 
Did they sing that "Freshmen" song?
