the on campus restaurant where I get those delicious, "modern-priced" quesabirria tacos from had birria chilaquiles for a brief, amazing instant.

but now they're back to just regular chilaquiles, or birria tostadas (too dry). so the tacos it is. deprived I am, really

This is absolutely critical. As important as having your slice of pizza hot, and the cheese melted. I have never returned chilaquiles to the kitchen, but I would if necessary. (With a small tip)
