Well, today ended up being a lazy day. Rain for a little bit that turned into snow, then more snow and so forth..... Guess what, it's still snowing.

Ruined the plans of getting out in the spotting scope looking for bear and turkeys..... Also looking like it's gonna put a huge damper on the opening season.... It is what isbis....

Starting to get my fly fishing gear together for Saturday. I already loaded the float tube, fin and wading shoes into the old trucks camper shell. Waders and PFD are in the duffel bag by the front door. just need to pull the fly reels and flies out of the camper, fish net and fly rod out of the garage and load in an ice and a couple of chairs. Corey and I are going to head off to a shallow lake about 90 miles from here. It has massive reed beds with bass and blue gill all over. temps should be in the mid 70s with a light breeze

Flying. I fucking wish I was driving and had my bike, I could spend another two weeks returning very happily.
