    Morning.

Slept like sh*t last night due to something I ate last night. Now I'm extremely tired and still not feeling great. Ugh, it's gonna be a long day.

Why hello there, Thursday. I am happy to see you again.

Last night: 20 miles on the ROADIE at 17.9 mph followed by a 5K jog. Fairly hard workout.
This morning: Easy 8.3 mile run before work.
Right now: The legs are a lil tired.

I'm in Denver, yo. My nephew apparently loves to run around directly above me in the mornings before he heads off to daycare.

Got attacked by our neighbor's dog when getting the mail yesterday. Awesome. Then allergies and insomnia made it tough to sleep. Many works on the docket today, time to stop whining and get after it. Bike ride tonight, though, which should make things better.

Toshi, how long are you in Denvertucky? Didja bring a bike? Whatcha here for?

I'm just passing through on my trek towards Seattle (via Coos Bay/parents). No bike, just a Prius loaded to the hilt with the junk the movers wouldn't take.

    Morning Monkeys.

Rode the moto in the wet, not as fun as in the dry. Still beats driving so long as the rain stays away.

A deserted singletrack ridin' kettle. I rode a couple of the trails again today and had to ride over my OWN lonely tracks.
