Short Pit.
Ride last night was the first time I have felt good on the bike in a long time, actually had the strength/energy to get my heart rate up. Riding is a lot more fun when you can put some power down.

It looks like the town replaced the street light outside of my house with an LED one. Its like having a white spotlight outside of my window. I want the orange glow of the HPS back!
Great drive to work this morning. Didn't get cut off single time, no pickup trucks tailgated and no one tried to merge into my car. Shocking.

A rare Wednesday night 5K race last night. I ran 20:09 and finished 10/157 overall. Managed second in my age group too which won me a nifty Specialized water bottle. That's cool...a water bottle I can actually use instead of some shitty novelty thing. See, that's what happens when actual athletes are the race directors. Another sub-20 minute performance would have been nice but I'm happy with my placement in a tough field.
