Are there any advantages in using a titanium coil 5th element on a SC bullit compared to the stock steel spring?

weight is the biggest advantage, there is also something about progressiveness(sp?) of a ti spring that is different form that of a steel one that i am not clear about.

im thinking of buyin the coil 2nd hand from paul in KL...he jsut bought a v-10 and is selling the coil from his bullit.

ti is about a half pound lighter because its not wound as tight and its progressive because its not wound as tight

The ti spring feels more lively, if that makes any sense. The different metal feels like it reacts quicker than steel, but it could be mental also, just knowing that you have a chunk of metal that weighs .9 pounds and costs over two bills retail.

I have run steel and ti back to back on same shock and i can feel a more lively ride with the ti for what its worth.
Trust me i'm trying to kill the ti hype but alas it works.
