Well to start off just wanted to say how extremely unsatisfied I am with my Saint Hubs, after 10 minutes of downhill there is a significant amount of play. Now that wouldn't be so bad if it was possibly to fix it with normal tools, unfortunately it can't be done, you need special cone spanners. Checked at two local bike shops none of them got them in stock, also checked at ChainReaction and it wont be in stock for another two weeks. Does anyone know if Park tool 28 mm cone wrench will fit? Or any other wrench that will?

Park Tool carry a 28mm, it's product name is: SCW-28.

Not surprised that shops don't carry that size. Shimano have one of course, your LBS should be able to order from them and have one pretty quickly.

You will also need a 32mm (headset wrench) to complete the job.
