Couple suggestions if you want turnout:
1. Blow the leaves off your trails. Nothing is going to send people to Snowshoe faster than "trails" that just look like gaps in the woods.
2. Pay a local pro who knows about trail building and get them out there for a week. I have some nominations from the DC area if you're interested.
3. Hire a real photographer to shoot some professional promo material.
4. Post a trail map, even if it is rudimentary.
