I've noticed that my 2003 Time ATAC Alium pedals do not very well when I'm off the bike and I just spin 'em. Ive heard they have bushings inside instead of bearings. How much extra friction do the bushings add? It seems like I'm actually slower on clips than flats with bearings, but then again I'm more cautious.
Is there a way to upgrade my pedals to bearings cheaply, or if not which models have bearings?
