Time Released Calcium?

Anybody knows if there is such a thing. Dr. told me I need about a 1000mg a day and I would rather take one pill. I am pretty sure the body can only absorb about 250mg at a time.

Not sure what your reason is for taking it, but here is a fact to consider when taking Ca for bone strength. The human body (M or F) reaches its maximum density in the mid-twenties. Afterwards the density of Ca in the bone declines (faster in females than males). No suppplement or drug has been found in scientific studies to increase Ca levels after you have reached your mid-twenties, so don't listen to any marketing BS about a product being better for you bones cause it has added Ca...
