This is a "could" vs "should". Looks like an eventaul one way ticket to 6' under.
Seems like shifting/braking might be a bit more challenging for someone as vertically impaired as a 4yr old. Not much to her driving straight at consistent speed with no turns or hills.

yeah really, maybe she be able to deal with the traffic on a normal day by the time she can reach the brake lever...on second thought, i don't think they use brakes in India.
