Those of you who already a 2009 session 88, what spring rate are you using?

13 stone butt naked (although i don't ride like this), using a 400lb spring and getting about 33% sag.
The supplied/recommended 450lb spring for my weight was definitely too stiff.

I weigh (16 stone ish) 100kg and run a 450lb sping - I have ridden fast, slow, rocky and flowing trails since getting the bike and am happy with that spring rate.

Oh, and I quite clearly told Alpine Bikes not to sell any more Sessions to anyone in Scotland after I got mine, never mind bloody Aberdeen!
