Wake up, people. It's another exciting Tuesday. I actually rode the trainer for about a half hour yesterday which is the closest I've come to riding this year. It felt good to pedal but it was also achy.

Not much else to report.

where the trails are
wow, somebody had their coffee this morning.

GOOD MORNING! :monkey:

I got a road ride yesterday afternoon. 42 and breezy, not too bad. Rain for the rest of the week though ... may be able to get out again on Saturday.

Since IAB asked for pics, here is a tasty bran muffin. Dig it.

Ended up with a broken hand over the weekend. Seeing a hand specialist Thursday to see how bad it is. Typing sucks.

Good morning, everyone.

I have no one to ride with after work today, so I think I may take the first step in getting over my fear of the woods & head over to the park myself. Yes, I am afraid of the woods - I know, MTB is an odd hobby for me considering. Since I am not familiar enuf with the twisty turny single-track & not comfortable that I would be found if I crashed in the woods by myself, I think the only trail I will be hitting today will be the one through the woods to the bike path... from there I'll stay on the pavement.

Here's hoping I don't get attacked by a squirrel, or anything bigger... Lions & tigers & bears - OH MY!

I hope you all have a stellar day!

Over there somewhere.
Morning

Wound up getting 3 sections of fence done yesterday, after having to deal with the numbnuts at Home Depot who mixed the wrong color of stain the first time around, luckily they got it right the 2nd time.

Today's agenda: Trail work and more fence painting.

Dancin' over rocks n' roots!
Morning all. Had a REALLY bad set of flights to and from beautiful California but I did enjoy myself while I was there. Friday was meetings, meetings, meetings and Saturday I learned and tried Chi Running, Cross Fit and a long MTB ride (up and down Mt. Tam) while hanging out with lots of LUNA Chix from around the country and our Pro team. Sunday was more meetings and then another ride. Then, I spent the afternoon visiting with a former college professor/advisor and his family before heading home. It was great to hit the dirt and ride and I can't wait to do some more cross fit work. I was tired after our little workout so I can only imagine what I could do to myself if I tried something longer :)

Good morning,

Westy- get that fixed. Wish you a speedy recovery.

Nick- Got to work this morning and there was a whole Costco box of Otis Spunkmeyer muffins on the counter at my desk that someone brought in. I think I'll pass as I'm a bit leery of how Otis got his last name. Glad to hear you got a ride in, I know the weather has sucked back that way lately.

irishblue76- Suck it up and take the woods. I'm all loaded up and if no one shows I'm going by myself tonight through the rock strewn mess I normally ride. May have to contend with ravenous coyote packs, mad transients or migrating illegals but damn the torpedoes. It helps if you can muster up a 90 mph pitch with a pack of Hammer Gel...:D

Have a good day!

Hey. Yeah, had to head out to New Friggin Jersey before the rooster even turned over and farted this morning.

Back at work in PA now, can breathe again!
