Oh man... There's this food truck in Manteca that gives you a huge plate of delicious ceviche for like $9. Definitely feel like I am rolling the dice eating ceviche from a food truck. It's so good though, I used to go with a Brazilian homie after we would finish training at the Diaz brothers academy out there.

Yup it's not a nice place. But Nick and Nate Diaz opened their Ju Jitsu academy there any my coach is friends with those homies so we'd go there to train. Might as well get some good taco truck food while I'm there. That town seems to have a taco truck on every corner.
