Quickly tore my Acl, PCL, MCL, and Miniscus in a backwards fall.

I started skiing. I switched to boarding in highschool because it worked well with all of the skating and surfing i did. I am currently, first touch since my teens, riding mid-level blues. Rehearsal went ok but I still was not enjoying the exposed, soft soloes (Lincoln Portrait for the music literate). I gave up my part to someone else in the section. Music is supposed to be fun, and I was too close to the edge of my endurance given the limited practice time I get these days in the garage, after the kids are in bed.
