We had to present project progress to leadership today. I made it clear that me being here had nothing to do with the better then expected results.
Damn head winds and cross winds suck on a bike. Tonight they were howling. I spent most of my ride on the drops either leaned over into the wind or crouching down. lots of low gear grinding. That said my calf muscle rehab is really progressing well. This was a much harder effort that I had planned and my calf feels great

Nice! One of the kids I was an au pair for is the COO at the brewery. Crazy growth they have gone through and beer are still good. I miss our trips to the brewery.
I always try to bring back beer and coffee beans when I travel and extend the taste of vacation.
