Sorry I missed your question earlier. For your weight I'd recommend a 500 lb spring. I'm 160 lbs and run a 450, but most of our riders bigger than me (or faster) are running a 500.

Hey Scott, 400 or 450 is too soft for me? How much sag do you run with yours 450?
