Tyler over at Twenty6 products made me some polished pedals with red accents. Looks way cool, and unbelievably friggin light! Now what to do with my old red Twenty6 Rallye pedals:think::D Can't wait to install these babies!

They are amazing but I'd have to be really drunk to convince myself spending over 100$ on pedals.

I ordered mine on January 7 and they finally shipped on Monday. I got the purple ones with gold pins. I will put a picture up when they get here.

please post a long run test of these at the end of the season...

I got one of the ibike show pairs (lime green)...Honestly couldn't bring myself to put them on my dh bike even though that is what my intention was. They are so light, and so nice i just cant see them taking the abuse...

I am running them on my '10 Transition Covert and they are perfect for that bike...really interested in seeing these after a season.

Try over $200 (unless they are Ti then they are $300)... and I agree fully! I really don't like the pins on those pedals either. Smooth anno aluminum is not so grippy when wet. They are a work of art for sure, but they dont really offer any performance advantage over a pedal 1/4 the price. I would much rather spend the 'up charge' on a few weekends at whistler....maybe I am just odd.

Yeah, I know how much they cost but 100$ seems to be the reasonable max for me. I'm riding clipped for now and never bought anything over that so I see no reason flats should cost more. I'm in the market for flats for the new season (finally switching if all goes right) and the only pedals that tempt me to go over 100$ are the super flat ones but I'll prolly just find a nice deal on some catalogue pedals.

This is going to be the last season for my funn soljam viper pedals. I love them to death but I want something light. As blingy as the 26 pedals are I would cry if I hit them. They are pedal porn though. I think I have the canfield pedals in my future.

Personally I like my Point One Podiums much better then the Canfields.
Unfortunately still waiting on my Prerunners......

You'd rather spend money on actually riding instead of putting more expensive parts on a bike you never ride? And here I was making the ridiculous assumption that you were into women.

New 26 pedals = shin surgery and stitches. Adjust your foot position.... with 510's pretty challenging.
yeah the black pins on mine against the lime green look like something from hot topic...if you are wearing 5 tens i bet you cant even begin to move your foot.

they do have another 'standard' pin option that isnt so daunting...

i thought the black something cool and different and since I ride in nike's they should do well.

Tyler makes great products as always! I know hte old pedals took one hell of a beating and I slammed them into rocks etc.

They held up WAY better then I expected!!

Nice looking pedals B, the polished makes me a bit leary about slipping a bit but as far as durability Tylers got some pretty mean products!

N ice bling! :thumb:

Beauty...too bad this kind of stuff is so expensive as it makes no sense to me to spend that much $$$ . . . at least on a DH bike.

I also thought those were pretty solid on my trail bike...and trail riding is very aggressive where I live so I guess they are pretty good for most riders

Not so good on the DH bike.Simply put : 2 sets, 2 weeks each = one month total in Whistler where I ride. They are indeed very nice and Tyler does make awesome stuff but unfortunately for me,you just cant run those around here.

20$ for a set of V12 copy gets you pedals that are just as grippy and even if they are thicker, you can bash'em on rocks WAY more than the Twenty6...

but definitely nice pedals,I hope they'll last you a while

The polished ones seem more logical to get since the colored ones would get scratched in the first five minutes... Maybe even in the parking lot with my luck!

Awesome product, but like others have said with how much you spend and how nice they look, most riders would be content in putting them in a glass display case in their living room. Vs's taking them out on any kind of DH ride let alone even a regular trail ride. :D
I know I couldn't bring myself to smash those puppies up...

They're pedals, they are meant to get trashed. I personally love the boutique stuff, but and not afraid to beat them up.

Oh I absolutely understand he is very busy. Just getting anxious, you know how it is waiting for some new parts, also seeing more and more people posting their own pedal porn....

I hear yeah. He called me last week to tell me they were finally ready. I know they'll be worth the wait.

Noticed you are saying "held up" in past tense. :)
LOL No they held up I sold em on the bike. The original ones had mash marks and gouges a couple of pins sticking different ways but they held together and kept going strong... Neve had an issue with the pedals. I was surpirsed being as light Id have thought they would have bit the dust. I know my expedos exploded!;)

Both, im running the aluminum studs on the inside (closest to the crank arm) and the steel studs on the outside, to the hold up to rock impacts. it been working perfectly!
