How does your foot accidentally end up in someone's front wheel? Thats not good sportsmanship.

exactly...they were in a sprint, so the speed was up there, and it's like the crasher expected to fall because a foot was suddenly lodged in her spokes

yeah, the 'unclipped in the sprint' bit is a bit suspect when you consider the woman who landed violently and awkwardly was still clipped in after she hit (see photo #3).
