ugh, i've never been a fan of the "quad-angle". It's such an outdated and ridiculous looking design with no other purpose aside from aesthetics.

theyre local to me, have been buying my snowboards from them for well over a decade. great shop for snowboarding and water sports, not so great for everything else

A lot of the SE stuff is pure nostalgia which I dig, but as you said it doesn't serve a purpose. I thought about that bike for a minute when I was shopping for a cruiser..
