Found out yesterday that they are finally doing their first US tour and are gonna be in my city in a month from now. Several of my friends are already planning on going. Can't wait to see them live!
They are going to be nowhere near me...I am pissed. May have to take a road trip.
Howard was my favorite but the original/current singer Jesse does a good job as well.

The bass player in my band is also the bass player in the Sons of Champlin. I was the Sons' roadie for 42 years.
We are covering the B-side of the Sons' 1967 single, a song called "Fat City." That gave me a reason to listen to the A-side, "Sing Me a Rainbow." These were teenagers when they recorded it, but the singer now has a couple of Grammys.
