im new to the dirt jumping scene but i want to upgrade my forks to somthing better. i have a Haro 1.2 Steal Reserve Dirt Jumper 26inch and i just have the stock forks/shocks on. I belive they have 80mm of travel. I also do alot of big jumping so i want somthing that is going to last.. so with that in mind any idea of an upgraded fork would be great around the 400 dollar range. thanks

Most of the good forks will have 20mm axle. Your front wheel probably has 9mm axle.
so what does that mean? ill have to change my hub?
go with a manipoo circus - or a marzochhi dj 3 or something similar. cheap and strong, at least thats what they are supposed to be. I only ride FOX forks, but they cost more
And yes he means that if your current fork is a 9mm QR you will probably have to upgrade your front hub/wheel if you purchase a 15mm or 20mm fork

You can find DJ 2s with the 9mm axle.
