I can relate...'cept swap the beer for a bowl and the vid w/ Slayer (loudly, of course). This time tomorrow morning = BRRRAAAAAAP!!!!

Landed the knee on a rock....Yes the same knee that is still ehaling, but the knee pad did its job well. Even cracked toe hard cap
ouch. i've completely forgotten what it's like to ride dry trails that don't have off-camber roots all over the place

The fact that you're working on the video clips tells me you're relatively ok, so that's good to see.
We did a couple of runs on a hill just over an hour east of Seattle, but it is too damned hot to even shuttle around here. Dumb heat wave!!!

Yeah we are both fine, Drew probably has a few bruised ribs, as for myself, I am going to have one gnarly ass bruise on my shin right between my ankle, and my shin pad.
