I have a Transition Vagrant frame. Bike was great for everything I did on it. For sale if you're interested.

I have an eastern night train... Awesome bike, really nice geo, 14.7 stays, bmx parts for the most part, 14mm axle in the back, 20mm in the front, so no snapping axles. It feels like a big bmx bike, like a big bmx bike sort of.

go to completes, then to nighttrain, 2008 has different geo.

thanks, i custom modded it to fit. originally came off a honda dirtbike. I figured if it can hold up a 200lb dirtbike it can hold up a 20 lb mountain bike. i dont ride up the mountain all the wind blows me up.

miflan, we should ride soon.

if you want a cheap starter hardtail get a commencal max max. its a great frame (same as the high end commencal hard tails) with decent parts. the best part is that is a complete bike for 450 bucks. i just got one and its pretty sweet. Could use a front fork (comes ridgid) but its pretty sweet for the money. fluidride.com has 08's for 450 bucks.
