I had my right knee cartilage operated on and have just got back into the forest riding. I tried using the so-called sports knee brace (prescribed by the orthopedic surgeon) under my leg armour and couldn't even bend my knee. Can anyone recommend a good knee sleeve that will give my knee good support and allow me to wear it under the armour?
