I have free subscriptions to Stuff, FHM, and Maxim but those usually find their way right into the recycle bin, I haven't seen anything even mildly entertaining in them in ages.

Wait, hold on.....

Does "read" mean the same thing as "looking at pictures and reading captions"?

I've got freebie subscriptions to Stuff and Maxim as well, I flip through them generally then recycle them. Highly overrated, IMO.

I meant actually reading them... maybe not cover to cover, but actually caring about the substance of the mag.

The Economist
The New Yorker
Atlantic Monthly
Bicycling (hey, it's free and takes 10 minutes)
Christian Century

Sometimes I'll buy Decline.
