It depends on the thickness of the seat tube/frame material. If it's an aluminum frame, probably 32mm.

Yeah, it all depends on the frame. We couldn't tell you without knowing the seat tube thickness, but then you could do that math yourself:

Seat post OD + 2 (seat tube wall thickness) = Seat post clamp size

OR, you could just measure the OD of the seat tube and that's the same size you just calculated......

What frame is it? I have had a Turner 5 Spot, 6 Pack, Ventana El Chamuco, and a Yeti 575, all with 27.2 seatposts and all used a 31.8 collar. The ft shifter was a 34.9 claimp.
