I couldn't find any stats on the frame size. But it is likely that it is a small frame. For 20" wheel bmx bikes, 20.5" top tube measured from center of head tube to center of seatpost would be considered medium. 20" or smaller is small. 21" or above is large.

This bike is probably a 20" top tube. Additionally it looks like it comes with 7" rise stock handlebars, which would be considered small. This makes a big difference in making a bike feel small. Normal rise bars these days are 8", with a lot of guys running 8.25" up to 8.75". So you could buy new bars and the bike will immediately feel more comfortable. Doesn't fix it being short though.

i say sell it and order a 24" wheel bmx like these:

We The People Avenger 24" on sale for $399.

or

DK CYGNUS 24 -- $289

The Avenger is the better choice of those two, but if you're trying to save money the DK is still a good bike.

If you want to stick with 20" wheel BMX, the Eastern Axis is an example of a complete that has 21" top tube and big handlebars 8.25".
