So I picked up a couple of CHEAP tickets to Denver the other day and I'll be there from March 1-4. I've got a buddy who lives in Boulder and my gf has a friend who lives in Co Springs. They're both fairly new to their areas. I think we'll be splitting time in Boulder & Denver.

So my question is, what's there to do during that time of year? Will there still be enough snow on the mtns to go boarding? Too much snow to go hiking? I'd like to spend as much time outdoors as possible...

Ski! March is historically the snowiest month in Colorado.

You could go snowshoeing as well.

And there's always a pretty good possibility that the Front Range will be warm & dry and you can go mt biking. :thumb:

Edit: The "mountains" are usually snowed in until June.
