I'm gonna make my first attempt at building a new wheel for my trials bike. I'd like to know what tools I should be looking into. such as what truing machine should I buy and do I really need a dishing tool? Thanks

If you are going to use it alot than get the trick one ,It is cast aluminum and has the ability to dish right on the stand ( I know all of them do this but the trick one does not take as much set up to do this )

On more ...what is the difference between the dishing tool and the alignment gauage that park sells? they look the same...

spend your money on park tool.
You can very well use your bike fork.
