a clerk was caught stealing but since her union wasnt notified that she was being watched for suspicion of theft (lol wut,) nothing happened to her. a carrier last week crashed her truck because he wheel fell off even though she had known it was loose for two weeks. the union is helping her keep her job. if a carrier doesnt like the way a supervisor or postmaster speaks to them, they get their union to harass them. my sub t-boned an old lady after creeping into a intersection. his union stepped in and prevented him from being disciplined completely.one of our rural carriers has been on a 1.5 year maternity leave and she cant be fired...yet.
