Champagne too - had some end of the work week Verve Clicquot today.
well since you ask... it is a "Fiesty Amber Ale" and it looks like this...
the base is a pilsner malt extract
and a couple of pounds of light dry malt extract.
some cracked dark Crystal malt and I cant remember off hand but I believe it was Liberty and Nugget hops.
If you want an exact recipe I can work one up that will yield a great beer... it may not be exactly this one but hey it's a home brew! Relax!

Elysian Dragonstooth stout 11.5% and a nice Rogue Deadliest ale... Nice and hoppy. Its sweet when your parents own a pub with 20+ beers on draught at any time.
