barely used

frame-wise, which would be the better buy?

My buddy got a bighit comp last year on ebay for 800 bucks. Barely used and in great shape. Smoking deals out there if you look.

he thought of buying online but didnt want to deal with auctions and whatnot. also, i dont believe he has a credit card so online business isnt really an option. local bikes would be really convient.

so which would be better frame-wise?
