We want to thank all who came out and raced at the Whiteface Fall Classic X-C Challenge.
The course was tough and the racers really seemed to enjoy the challenge.

This next trail was a sweet section of single-track (trail # 11). We used this section of single-track on all 3 of our big downhill race. We roped off the 5 foot jump on this trail and forced all to the go around top the right.

All in all it was a great race. A special thanks to Bill Orr who helped put the whole thing together.
Here are a few podium shots. 1st place won $500.00, 2nd place won $250.00 and 3rd won $100.00. Next year we hope some pro women will show and get in on the goods. We will definitely start promotions much earlier. For example you should expect the Whiteface Summer Classic x-c race on Saturday June 6th, and the 2nd Annual Whiteface Fall Classic on Saturday September 19th, 2009.
