I fixed it, Dartman. You're in the "moderator" usergroup - I had repaired the other usergroups but didn't think to check the regular mods.

I've tried to give rep to bitingback a few times and I still keep getting the "you must spread rep first" message. I owe her +rep 3 times over now. I've spread it around but it still keeps happening.

Rep? Nope.
You have to give rep to 15 people before you can give it to the same person.
