im writing my name in for local town board member as are my wife and neighbors and Vermin Supreme for PA governor...because who doesnt want a friggin pony??
This year wasn't much of thinker for me. I wrote in Ham Sandwich as inspired by SteveW for several local positions for which the only candidates were Republicans. I voted for the unfortunately named Green Party candidate though for governor. I just couldn't vote for Hickenlooper again. The way he's caved to the fracking lobby, and fought pot legalization, I found it unpalatable to vote for him again. I voted for Irv Halter, who is running as a Dem, but if he's actually a Democrat I'd be awfully surprised. He got my vote by virtue of not being Doug Lamborn. I'd vote for a guy running under the name "Actual Satan" before I cast a vote for Lamborn.
No write-ins this year. I tend to do that for local offices where only idiots are listed. Voted for Phil Scott for lieutenant governor - he's a Republican incumbent and he's actually competent.
